Name[edit | edit source]
Bryony 'Baccall' Rosebay
Physical Traits[edit | edit source]
Baccall is a young, shy, self conscious and very frightened young girl... she has slightly unhealthy palour...her eyes glow with a penetrating and perceptive arcane light...her fingers and toes are tipped with razor sharp talons... and in places her muscles sinews and bones are exposed...understandably Baccall tends to avoid direct eye contact, and appears timid and fearful of the world at large. Baccall is very self conscious of her awkward social and language skills...she is studiously observing and mimicing others in order to develop these skills, but has yet to put these into practice.
Race[edit | edit source]
Baccall was born human... although she has few memories... she understands that she is now banished, hunted, despised and excommunicated by her 'before' kin... in moments of peace and solitude this saddens her... but she does not understand why.
Class[edit | edit source]
Rogue...Well a girl has to learn to look after her self...
Guild[edit | edit source]
As yet unafiliated...
Family[edit | edit source]
Baccall has no concrete memories of her family...though images of familiar faces appear to her...a pretty sobbing woman in a purple robe... a kindly bearded man wearing red armour... and a small child with honey golden hair and rosy soot smuged cheeks...these images both comfort and trouble Baccall greatly.
Background[edit | edit source]
Baccall was born suffocating in a plague pit... adrift in an horrific nightmare, unable to fully awaken... she still feels the blind panic as her consciousness and awareness of her loss and her change began asserted itself... the cold reality of difference, of otherness, the curse of the foresaken... her icy terror at being unable to remember the 'before' but knowing that her existence was wrong... Baccall has struggled to survive... isolated... alone... time has no meaning or measure to her now... Baccall's early attempts to find people, to seek warmth, help and to communicate with 'others' has ended in pain, distress, rejection, and ultimately deaths... Baccall is begining to understand 'what' she is...but not 'how' or 'why'...
Family Background[edit | edit source]
To date Baccall is unable to recal precise details... just random impressions... she believes her 'before' family to be dead... she has made no attempt to trace or search them out... she believes she would never have been left alone... they must be all dead.
Criminal Record[edit | edit source]
Baccall is unable to remember precisely... but thinks 'before' certainly not... 'after' who cares, she is damned anyway.
Personal Notes[edit | edit source]
Baccall is extremely shy and nervous around others...she is scared of other Foresaken and Horde allies... though she feels a sense of pride in their seeming acceptance of her, Baccall tries to repay this faith, it gives her a growing sense of purpose... Though the Undercity still terrifies Baccall, she feels herself drawn to visit her new home with increasing regularity... Baccall loves animals believing they can see her for who she realy is, they do not attack or hate her, this comforts her... Baccall loves flowers and pretty things... she remembers having these 'before'... but ultimately these sadden her. Baccall's most treasured items are a wedding dress...she awoke wearing it, and a simple gold necklace with her name engraved upon it, she wears this necklace at all times. Baccall can remember a bedroom with flowers, garlands and light... a church bell tolling through the long drak night ...torches moving hurriedly outside in the street... her bedroom shutters nailed fast, thick cloying smoke seeping throught the lattice work... and a name... 'Cornel'... a shy handsome young man... wearing the same style of armor as the older smiling man... she can picture him kneeling grinning broadly , holding her hand tenderly... and that it would be bad luck for him to see her in her wedding dress... Baccall follows a strict vegetarian diet, harrowing awful necessity drove her to survive the plague pit... she swore then to die before she would repeat that experience...
