Dear Jalla,

I'm getting worried. We've barely started getting reports on strange goings on in the marsh areas east of Elwynn Forest, and we're already getting refugees! A young human couple arrived from the south this very morning, shivering from the cold. Withamhall, they called themselves. It's a wonder they made it this far through the mountains considering the girl's belly is due a child any day now and the man's arm came infected after a wolf attacked them. Gave the healer a bit of a scare, but she says they'll be fine.

McGowland recons it's nothing, that a single paranoid couple doesn't mean anything and that the activity's probably just crocolisks in their mating days, but I'm not so sure.

Having scrutinized the evidence availiable to this highest of bodies, it is with great pleasure that the House of Nobles recognises Richeron Miller Withamhall, son of John Withamhall as the Heir Apparent of the most ancient and exalted House Withamhall. Richeron Miller Withamhall is thereby bound to the Sovereign Throne of Stormwind as its humble vassal and to all duties and priviliges associated with such a status.

However, the House has taken in to consideration the low circumstances of Richeron Miller Withamhall's upbringing and has decided that he is unfit to rule the lands associated with House Withamhall. As such, the Sovereign Throne of Stormwind and the House of Nobles shall maintain the administration of the aforementioned lands until they find that the head of House Withamhall is fit to retake control of his ancestral lands. The House expects full cooperation from Richeron Miller Withamhall in all matters of local administration and shall reserve the right to permanently dissolve the rights of House Withamhall.
