By courtesy of her husband, a coat of arms was initially designed for Elizabetha, which should remind her that she were but a Lady, and was not bestowed the title of her husband, as well as telling others of this. However, due to what appeared to be a misunderstanding (though some of the nobility profusely claim otherwise), the initial coat of arms appeared rather extravagant for a Lady, and also completely breaking the normal regulations for the same.

By courtesy of her husband, a coat of arms was designed for Elizabetha, which should remind her that she were but a Lady, and was not bestowed the title of her husband, as well as telling others of this. However, due to what appeared to be a misunderstanding (though some of the nobility profusely claim otherwise), the final coat of arms appeared rather extravagant for a Lady.
The second set, however, was formally accepted by the heraldic supervisors etc, and supposedly overseen by Lord Richeron Withamhall himself.

The first coat of arms was made to represent Elizabetha's knighthood, which was signified by a hammer symbol on the lozenge (the diamond shaped shield, typical for a female coat of arms), whereas the second identical hammer was to signify her grandfather's profession as a blacksmith. Both of these are on a white field, explicitly desired by Elizabetha in order to signify her time in Lordaeron, whose national colour is white.

As is apparent, the two gryphons are of her husband's coat of arms, as are the various symbols on the lozenge (the diamond shaped shield, typical for a female coat of arms).

Underneath can be seen a rather extravagant depiction of what is supposed to be a peacebloom upon a scarlet field. The peacebloom being a favourite of Elizabetha's (and which she reportedly always places on the graves of friends and allies) is therefore quite apparent, whereas the scarlet field represents rather two things: Firstly it is the current colour of the flag of Old Town in which her childhood home supposedly stood - secondly it is to represent her time in the Scarlet Crusade's Mission in the Cathedral of Light in Stormwind.

However, there are various things that differ. For instance, this one sports two gryphons, instead of just one, facing a Lion rampant. Secondly, in the middle of the lozenge, a book may be seen, which signifies the teachings of the Light. The winged men in robes are supposedly a hinting to the legends that Elizabetha grew up with, regarding the Celestials and Hopes. The winged great-sword, however, is a notification of her Paladin status. On top of that may be seen a building, which appears to be a chapel - another symbol regarding the teachings of the Light and her service to the Church. Lastly can be mentioned the two pointed crosses that one might surmise is a reference to her time in the Crusade.
Supporting the lozenge-shaped coat of arms are two winged men, signifying Elizabetha's rather archaic faith, since these are obvious references to the mythic tales of Hopes and Celestials, the supposed servants of the Holy Light. Furthermore her adherence to the Light is also represented by the Symbol of the Light nestled upon the Lady's coronet upon the Knight's Helmet.

The motto appears to be one of Elizabetha's most common phrases - the beginning being "Give without taking".

The motto appears to be one of Elizabetha's most common phrases, which would end with "seek no reward".
