The History of Lady Eluin[]
Lady Eluin is a Witch and not one to be messed with. As a child, she had a tragic past, she was once part of a vast coven of Witches; powerful spellcasters that were sensible enough to keep their heads down. If people came along needing help, alliance or horde, they helped them. However, if there were people stupid enough to come looking for a fight, they were removed from existance or cursed for endless pain. Unfortunately, they became quite famous and during the rise of the Lich King, they were deemed a threat to his plans. He sent the scourge on a hunt for them, being nomads they were constantly moving and fairly hard to track. The witches then sought the protection of the Knights of the Forgotten. Their leader declined their pleads for help for being Witches. The Witches were found in the Barrens on their way to Orgrimmar and slaughtered. Eluin ran and hid at the Horde's outpost at the Crossroads. The last of the Witch Covens was slaughtered during the night. Eluin was looked after by the Crossroads warriors and taken to the Sunstrider Isle to be trained in magic. Eluin returned to the place where her people were killed and salvaged some of their spellbooks, determined to carry on the legends of the Witches. She lived for 68 years with a small orc family in the Barrens and trained in the arts of Witchcraft.
Lady Eluin as She is Now[]
Lady Eluin returned to Silvermoon to continue her training and found some members of the Knights of the Forgotten. She began to concoct a plan and joined the Knights. After a few weeks, she met with a Death Knight named Denather and hired him as an assassin. She was planning on killing the current leader of the Knights in revenge for her people's death. One night, the knights were hiding away in the Barrens, Denather arrived and Eluin began her attack. Defeated, Eluin chased the Knights to Stonard where she was captured but eventually escaped. After a long run, the Knights found her outside Thunder Bluff and the Knight, Selare, talked some sense into her. Weeks passed and Eluin found romance in the Knight, Thalanoss. It didn't last. Thalanoss fell in love with Gém and Eluin left the guild after the Leader Tomius began forcing a uniform upon them. Desperate to finish her art, she joined the Suncrown Conclave, a guild which trained people in the arts of both magic and combat. However, she felt this impeded upon her desire to train. She resigned from the Conclave and spent several weeks training herself. She met Thalanoss again in Silvermoon City but after the long time of hatred she felt he deserved forgiveness, in gratitude, Thalanoss invited her to join his guild, The Riders of the dawn where she remains for the moment.
