Elder Druid Entriia Shadowwind of The Cenarion Circle

Physical Traits

An attractive, albeit solemn looking Kaldorei of average height. Her sharp, angular features give her a somewhat haughty look. It is hard to judge her age on appearance alone though she seems ancient. Her silver eyes are streaked slightly with the color of amber, the telltale sign of druidic magic. Small leaves and twigs adorn her flowing silver mane in a wild fashion.

Entriia is a competent healer, understanding well the inner-workings of living organisms, but her skills exceed when it comes to calling down the wrath of nature. It is not wise to face her ire, within moments this Elder Druid can form furious storms of lightning and rain and other such natural attacks of devastating magnitude.

Entriia worked, somewhat loosely, with the healing group known as Redemptio Coronae. Within this organization she held the rank of Doctor. But nearly all of her time was spent in the expansive forests of the Ashenvale seeking someway to ease the woodland’s pain and stem the tide of corruption destroying it.

Having left the order, she now once more devotes all of her time to the forests of Ashenvale.

Family

Much of Entriia’s family died during the Burning Legions’first invasion, Suramar[1] being one of their first major targets. Perhaps some of her extended family exist somewhere upon present day Kalimador.

Background

Born shortly before the catastrophic Sundering of the Well of Eternity, Entriia first served in the Temple of Elune, aspiring to become a Priestess of the Mother Moon. But after the events of the first invasion of the Burning Legion (During which she traveled with warriors of the Night-Mother[2]) she became fascinated with the Druidic Path, idolizing Malfurion Stormrage for his heroic actions. At that point, female druids were a rare sight but with persistence the determined novice of Elune eventually began down the Path. Retaining some of her original wishes of becoming a Healer Priestess of Elune, Entriia studied the ways of healing under her watchful teachers.

Eventually her time came to serve in the Emerald Dream and so Entriia slept for many thousands of years, eventually awakened when Malfurion sounded the Horn of Cenarius. Enraged at the destruction the Legion had wrecked upon the once lush forests of northern Kalimador, she vowed with renewed determination to destroy the Demon's and all those that would threaten the delicate balance of nature.

Some years later, Entriia came across a foul and twisted creature, once a Kaldorei by the name of Ashana Nightwind. A servant of the heretical Shadows. From their first meeting, these two became bitter enemies and the druid keenly sought after Ashana’s destruction. They clashed many times over the following months, Ashana and her warped minions often managing to best the solitary druid. The final battle was fought deep in the bowels of a forsaken temple lost in the Swamp of Sorrows, where whilst victorious, Entriia was captured by Ashana and tortured extensively. Since that time, Entriia has found no trace of Ashana Nightwind. And thus with a grave heart, the druid set aside her new quest and focused once more upon combating the taint that threatens to envelop her sacred homeland.

Criminal Record

Entriia is loyal to her own race and thus has never committed anything perceived as a crime, although some of her zealous actions within the Human Lands may be counted as such, although she has never been charged with anything.

Personal Notes

Entriia Shadowwind is an ancient Kaldorei and thus her age weights heavily upon her, especially with the night-elves having to come to terms with their recent descent into mortality. Despite this she is as driven and zealous as it possible for any (sane) Druid to possibly be. Her views are similar to those of most typical Kaldorei. She is, to an extent, xenophobic, arrogant of her races superiority, at least where the younger races are concerned. Entriia, again like most Kaldorei has a hatred for the misunderstood Demon-Hunter’s of her race. Seeing them as warped abominations, tainted with demonic power.

The vast majority of the time, Entriia maintains an aura of perfect calm and ancient wisdom but she is often troubled beneath this and certain individuals and topics easily can bring her true thoughts to the surface.

Due to her youthful time spent serving in the temple of Elune, Entriia holds Elune in a higher regard than your average Druid, the Mother Moon being a strong influence in her actions.

Current Status

Having left the healers of Redemptio Coronae, Entriia has finally returned to her homeland after several weary months of fighting in Northrend. She has sought out the noble Cenarion Guardians and pledged herself to their cause. Despite some minor fraction with the Guardians, notably their leader Sarama, she had easily fitted into the unit. As well, Entriia has taken on a new thero'shan, a young druid by the name of Fae.
