Mallissa stands a little shorter than most women of her age, and looks out at the world through bright blue, twinkling eyes. Her skin is pale white and her face dainty, framed with long blonde hair.

Background[]
Mallisyra was born in Lakeshire, to a newlywed couple; An Architect responsible for the design of some of the area's housing, and the daughter of the town magistrate. She displayed some considerable academic aptitude, learning to read far earlier than her peers in the town, and later showed a keen interest in the arcane arts. At the age of twelve her father had it arranged for her to travel to Stormwind and train at the Academy of Arcane Arts and Sciences.
She served under the new Stormwind Guard with Captain Wolf Runetouch and after a rocky start with the work of the Guard conflicting with her educated sensibilities, got on quite well with the rest of the force- even so, when the Academy offered her the chance to occupy Mortwake's Tower in Westfall she jumped at the chance, and went into magic full-time, leaving the Guard and setting up The Society of Arcanists.
