|Reinarr De Dulac|
‘’For Queen and country!’’ --Reinarr De Dulac.
Reinarr De Dulac is a former Ebon Blade Death Knight, currently serving the Forsaken army in Shadows of Lordaeron. Reinarr has either very little memory of his life or prefers to remain silent about it. He serves in the Shadows in order to aid his country and its ruler. In his spare time, Reinarr likes to practice with his blade or to offer aid and/or hospitality to those who need it. Reinarr is a man who has had knightly training and upbringing and therefore he has a great sense of honour and duty. Because of this upbringing, he is knowledgable about warfare, has diplomatic abilities and is a capable leader who cares for the soldiers under his command. Reinarr seems incapable of lying and deceit, but has no problems with employing less than noble tactics in warfare. Squire Mills can always be seen with Reinarr, holding onto items and assisting him with a multitude of tasks. Reinarr is also surprisingly well mannered for a Forsaken.
Reinarr an average looking forsaken in terms of muscle and height. His skin is somewhat perserved, which may indicate he died during winter. His hair seem to be in very good condition and well-cared for, which can be considered unusual for the dead. His armour and weapon seem to be well-cared for as well. His helmet is bound to two chains that are each attached to one shoulderpad. The helmet hangs roughly at stomach-height and it makes an occassional clanking sound against his armour whilst walking. If Squire Mills is following him about, it has got a sword sticked through its body.
‘’If we do not behave honourably, we cannot be considered sentient beings. We will have and become nothing. Some may argue we are free still and such restrictions do not matter, but I believe the cycle begins anew without this vital part of our existence.’’ Reinarr De Dulac.
Reinarr is a man who values honour above all else, and will conduct himself properly according to an unwritten code and it would appear that he would rather end his life than to break that code. He strongly disapproves of striking someone in the back, battles with a strong sense of honour and refuses to strike down women and children. Reinar is a self proclaimed defender of the weak. He also seems incapable of lying and deceit. In addition to honour, he is also a man with a strong sense of duty seeing as he returned from Archerus to aid his countrymen and Queen. Reinarr is a man who tries to settle conflicts with words and reasoning, but is not one to shy away from combat. Even though he is not dishonourable in direct combat, he has no quarrel with employing clever and less than noble tactics in battle. His knightly upbringing has caused him to develop leadership skills and he is more than capable of leading small groups into battle. When leading, he cares greatly for the safety of the troops under his command and will try to bring every one of them home safely. Reinarr takes great pride in the conditions of his weapons and armour and makes sure to maintain his equipment carefully. His pride runs so deep that he refuses to accept aid from anyone in most situations. This can be dangerous when paired with his stubborn side. Why he keeps his hair in near-perfect state after his death remains a mystery to most forsaken and living beings alike. Reinarr, unlike most Forsaken, respects the Orcs and Tauren for their strong sense of honour. He is less keen on the Blood Elves and Trolls, viewing them as shifty and unreliable.
Skills and FlawsEdit
Reinarr can be considered a capable leader and he knows how to get the job done. In addition, he has a way with words. Furthermore, he is very skilled in the arts of unarmed combat and deadly with a blade.
Due to his knightly upbringing, Reinarr has developed a strong sense of honour. This can be considered a flaw in the eyes of the Forsaken. In addition, he refuses to let any of his men behind under his command, having a very strong sense of loyalty. He also has a very strong sense of pride. Because of his stubborn nature, it is hard to talk Reinarr into changing his mind.
